Event Description

This bi-weekly dance alternates with Juke Blues in Santa Fe. It is held at The Lloyd Shaw Dance Center (in the small studio). There is a lesson from 8:30pm to 9:00pm and open dancing from 9:00pm to 11:30pm. $3 gets you the lesson and dance!

Blues fusion dance combines elements of other dances (particularly Lindy Hop, Blues, Argentine Tango, Soul and West Coast Swing), allowing dancers to use the techniques, connections, and movements of those dances. It is danced to a wide variety of music (e.g. blues, jazz, rock, soul).

The next dances are scheduled for Friday, July 3, Friday, July 17 and Friday, July 31.
